Times:- Setup: 2:00 PM on Friday before show- Breakdown: 4:00 PM on Saturday
Location:St. Beatrice School4141 N. AtlanticSchiller Park, IL 60176
Entrances:- Wagner Street off parking lot- Atlantic by flag pole- Atlantic South (has ramp)
Facilities:- Classrooms- Main Hall (downstairs)- Restrooms on all levels- Some spaces with no stairs
Crafter Space:- 8 foot table or 8 foot space- 5 feet deep - 2 chairs per spaceFood:- Country Kitchen- Bake Shop
*** Free coffee for crafters during entire show & free Danish.
Security:- Security guard Friday night- Displays may be left up overnight
Requirements for Crafters
- ALL items must be handcrafted!
- Spaces are limited to 5 X 8 Feet- No mass manufactured or imported items
- A donation of 1 handcrafted item for our hourly raffles valued at $10.00 is required.
Items that are not handcrafted will be subject to removal from tables!
We request all crafters remain until 4pm Saturday. (failure to adhere may result in denial of future applications)
Please note the application for any special requests.
No refunds will be given for cancellations one month prior to the show.
St. Beatrice School and staff are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
St. Beatrice Craft Show Committee reserves the right to request crafters to leave at any time, who do not follow the agreed upon requirements of the show. A refund will not be given.
