Ms. Sansone’s 3rd Grade News
Welcome to all our 3rd graders! I am very excited to be your teacher this year!! Believe it or not summer is coming to an end. I have been working on some fun activities for our class. As you may have heard, each class will be focusing on a specific country this year. Our class will be learning some interesting things about England. My own children have English pen pals. They are an older couple that love to write letters and send interesting items from their country. They have agreed to write our class and they have also sent me names and addresses of some elementary schools in their area. I am contacting them, and hopefully we can find ourselves a “sister-class” of 3rd graders across the ocean! It should be a great way to learn about their culture and teach them about ours. I can’t wait to get started! I will be sending home some information packets the first week of school. Please go over them with your child.
